The Varsity Dance Club’s monthly dance party features Paul Price’s Society Orchestra performing music from 1900 to 1935, suitable for dancing and listening, in a beautifully restored dance hall at the Masonic Center in downtown Palo Alto. Sunday afternoon (4:00-6:30 pm) – APRIL 20, 2008. Short dance class and light refreshments included!

Join the "San Francisco Starlight Orchestra" for their upcoming STARLIGHT DANCE to be held on Saturday, May 3, 2008, at the Strawberry Recreation Center in Mill Valley.

"Tuesday Night Jump!", a Jamboree of swingin' roots music drives this dance party. Join a melting pot of young and old: Loungers, Socialites, Hipsters, Kittens, Boppers and Hoppers from Sacramento to Santa Cruz. Join the hippest Tuesday in town!

Dance Lessons: 7p.m. to 9p.m.; we offer 4 week series classes in Beginning and Intermediate Balboa, plus Beginning and Intermediate Lindy Hop (Monthly series starts every 1st Tuesday) From 9p.m. to 9:30p.m. is the weekly drop-in Beginning Swing Dance Class.

Live Music: at 9:30p.m. every Tuesday is bursting with energy and live music from San Francisco's
Stompy Jones
. Listen and dance to small band swing and rhythm and blues of the '30's, '40's and '50's.
